The Fidelity Bank Sustainability Conference was a one day event with panel discussions and an opportunity for SME’s to display their products.
Our responsibility was to organize, coordinate and setup for the sustainability conference 2023.
Objectives
- Event coordination and management: Vendor management, setup, venue branding, logistics procurement, 3D mockups
- Stakeholders’ management: scout and manage the moderators, MC and speakers
- Guest management: Producing and delivering Invitations, RSVP management, SMS reminders
- Venue Branding and Visibility
